It discusses the mentoring scheme and even name drops the work that I have been doing with Caroline Smailes - they also ask writers to suggest who their dream mentor would be....Mine would be Caroline of course - and failing that - if she was really busy and didn't want to mentor me anymore then I might consider Anne Tyler...
